When I was in Target the other day I saw a gift bag with ” Relax it’s not Homemade” printed across it. Yeah I know not everyone likes home made stuff, they prefer their gifts to be made in China hahah!
While there are lots of lovely things you can make for Valentine gifts, I know that it is easier, quicker and simply less hassle to buy something. I am here to help!
In my professional life I am a graphic designer and I have recently stepped in the world of surface design. Surface pattern design is artwork that is specifically created for surface decoration, think textile, wrapping paper, iphone cases, etc. To be honest I have been doing pattern design for decades but now it has a trendy new name!
For fun I have been entering Spoonflower design challenges every week and so far my designs are doing pretty well. This week the challenge was to create a repeating design using a limited blue color palette. With Valentine’s day just around the corner I thought I’d use hearts as a design element and so was born my “Boho Hearts” pattern.
But lets stop waffling and get down to the gifts! My Boho Hearts design is available on a huge variety of products.
