I have seen some really lovely ideas for advent calendars in blog land the last few days so thought I’d share with you a fabulous homemade advent calendar made for me last year by my then 12 year old.
She took her inspiration from the classic advent calendar you see in stores, with doors you open and a little treat, usually chocolate inside. She constructed a really complicated box with 25 doors each one had a treat behind it, everything from packets of gum to wonderful homemade earrings and bracelets.
Creativity is genetic!
